CLOVIS, Fresno County — Clovis issued a public notice for its 2025–26 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, a document intended to show how federal Community Development Block Grant funding was used.
The public-review window identified in the notice ran from August 21 to September 8, 2026, and the city listed inspection locations at City Hall, the senior center, the transit center, the public library and the recreation center, along with the municipal affordable-housing website. The document is a mechanism for following spending tied to community development and eligible housing or service activities.
The comment period is over — what now?
As of November 1, the original September comment deadline has passed. Residents can still request the report, compare planned uses with reported outcomes and raise questions with city officials. Reading the current adopted report is essential: the notice alone does not disclose every final expenditure or project result.
